T he Mayors Office of People with Disabilities in New York City captured their Digital Inclusion Conference via livestream. On this day there were events hosted around the globe. Livestreaming has been around for awhile making it's debut with platforms like UStream and Livestream. While those platforms were powerful, they didn't take off like the next wave of livestreaming platforms which have advantages of being ad free, cost free, and a built in audience.

Unfortunately, captions are not automatic on Facebook, so the videos are not completely accessible. However, I did try to capture the sign language interpreter as I captured the videos, so there is some accessibility available.

Recently, lawmakers in Iowa penned a bill that, if passed, would have required cameras in every K-12 classroom in the state.
