National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) just released their latest FREE report titled Rise and Thrive with Science: Teaching PreK-5 Science and Engineering. I haven’t dug into this much yet so I’ll have more to say later. I just wanted to get this on everyone’s radar so you can do a little reading over winter break. I’m assuming this will be a great tool for those of us who continue to advocate for ongoing and meaningful science and engineering instruction in the elementary grades.
