The All About STEM Competition & CREST Awards

There are so many options with CREST if you are entering The All About STEM Competition.

We recommend CREST Awards on our Competition Resources page alongside a host of partner activities and there are so many projects to choose from for all ages!

The Grand Challenges

Our competition is all about designing a new product, idea, item, or approach that solves a problem and you can use a CREST project that fits the bill as a starting point or submit your work to CREST towards an award after entering.

CREST has resources for everything from sustainable solutions and wild creations to designing machines or classrooms of the future. You could create a concept to combat climate change, design an art installation that showcases a specific culture, reinvent your learning environment or draft a new innovative piece of tech – the choice is yours. We can’t wait to see your posters!

We also recommend CREST as part of our Funded Support Programme.

Funded Support

Due to the fantastic support of our sponsors and partners, we are able to offer a funded support programme to help get young people involved in The Competition

*The Competition is open to young people from the North West – Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
