Engage Students in Learning, Anytime, Anywhere

Posted by EiE Team on Tuesday, March 8, 2022

It’s never too early to start thinking about summer learning! Our flexible out-of-school time STEM programs feature immersive, open-ended challenges so students can build confidence and engineering skills anywhere, anytime!

Designed for grades 3 – 8, our programs help students cultivate 21st century skills as they collaborate and work in teams to create solutions to engaging, hands-on challenges together. These STEM solutions get kids thinking like engineers —in school, after school, during summer school or camp.

Engineering Adventures® (Grades 3 - 5) has 10 interactive units that spark imaginations as learners discover the Engineering Design Process, such as creating earthquake-proof buildings and developing gear for NASA astronauts or amplifying sound at a music festival. Each real-world challenge is designed to engage and excite young learners and show them what real engineers do.

Engineering Everywhere® (Grades 6 - 8) has 12 interactive units that promote creative problem solving as middle schoolers go deeper into the Engineering Design Process. With compelling, real-world examples like stopping the spread of a viral outbreak, creating eco-friendly plastic alternatives and designing prosthetics for animals in need, each challenge asks learners to pose creative solutions to the same problems real engineers face every day.
