Employers: Attract Young Diverse Talent Into Your Workforce
You can place talented young people at the heart of your organisation by hosting a Nuffield Research Placement.
Placements are offered to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to increase opportunities to access university courses and STEM-related careers. You can work with top students to make significant contributions to your research and development projects.
The on-site element of your placement will last for a maximum of two weeks (shorter placements may be available). Projects must have broadly scientific or technical content, but they don’t have to be based in a laboratory. They might be office-based, include a lot of fieldwork or might focus on engineering, data or computer science, or social science.
