Academic Institutions: Host a Research Placement – Amazing Feedback

Research Placements and Experiences support students to work alongside academic and industry professionals and engage in real-life STEM or STEM-related research.

Academic institutions and employers can inspire the next generation by providing a project and hosting a placement.

If you would like to find out more about the programme, there is no better way to start than with our fantastic feedback!

Here’s how previous placement providers described their experience:

“I got some great feedback from the students at the end of the placement which was lovely to hear. One of the questions I asked was how they think the experience could be improved and it was unanimous, that only being face to face would have improved it.  So overall, I would say that it was a success. They produced some really good reports.”

“On behalf of our team, I wanted to say thank you for all the support you provided throughout the selection process and the placement, and for your always prompt replies. Thank you also for the opportunity and we hope that the students learnt skills that will be useful to them in their future careers.”
